SEM Analysis Training Using AMOS and Hi Index Improvement, which was held at the University of Medan Area Campus II computer laboratory on Friday, 20 December 2019, was opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Economics & Business Mr "Dr. Ihsan Effendi, M.Sc "he conveyed the importance of this training, that Structural equation modeling (SEM) is a statistical technique used to build and test statistical models that are usually in the form of causal models. SEM is actually a hybrid technique that includes the confirmatory aspects of factor analysis, path analysis and regression that can be considered as special cases in SEM.
